Cancellation Policy
If you would like to cancel your appointment you must give 48 hours notice otherwise there is a fee. Your deposit is lost if cancelled within the 48 hours.
You can transfer your deposit if you would like to rebook for a later date, this must be done before the 48 hours.
You can only reschedule your appointment once. If you want to move your appointment for a second time then the deposit is lost, even if cancelled before the 48 hours. To secure a new booking you will need to pay a further deposit.
Deposits are not refundable.
